 Accommodation & Meals


Our courses in Swanage and in London can be booked with College or Homestay accommodation.

 Swanage College accommodation is available for students of our adult courses from 16 to 35 years of age in twin-bedded study bedrooms inclusive of half board from Mondays to Fridays and Brunch and Dinner at weekends from the beginning of January to the end of June and from the end of August to the end of the school year in December.

 Swanage College accommodation is available for students of our Junior courses from 8 to 17 years of age in dormitories during the Easter-, Summer- and Autumn Junior Course Dates and for students of the International High School Year in twin bedded rooms inclusive of full board, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner from Mondays to Saturdays and Brunch and Dinner on Sundays.

 Swanage Homestay accommodation is available for adult students in twin bedded rooms throughout the year inclusive of half board, i.e. breakfast and dinner.

 Swanage Homestay accommodation is available for Junior students from 14 years of age inclusive of full board, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner from Mondays to Saturdays and Brunch and Dinner on Sundays.

 London College & Homestay accommodation is available for students from 16 years in twin-bedded study bedrooms throughout the year inclusive of half board, i.e. breakfast and dinner.

 The majority of homestays are within walking distance of the Colleges.

 Students taking part in day excursions organised by Harrow House receive a packed lunch or meal vouchers. Students organising their own excursions, who do not return to the College for the specified mealtimes, forfeit their meal entitlements.

 All College meals take the form of a semi self-service style buffet which cater for the tastes of our international students.

Students who attend Examination courses will be prepared for 2 to 5 examinations depending on their level.

 Students who wish to study at a British University must achieve the appropriate IELTS score required by their chosen University.

 Good preparation is the key to passing all examinations. The facilities and resources offered at Harrow House including the Multimedia self-access center are excellent. In addition we offer free University Counselling, free Placement Service and free assistance with application procedures. Thanks to our special connections at Universities we can also ensure the fastest possible turnaround in receiving replies and conditional offers for our students.
